The host posed excellent questions that my management has asked me about wireless. The answers given by the guest were very vague and nothing that would give me anything to bring back and get a project going. Please get your guests to stick to the point and answer questions with relevance and tell them to skip the marketing hype. This was a waste of time and frustrating because I still don't see a good reason to use wireless with Remedy.

Hey, Stephen. Thanks so much for your input. I'm always willing to listen to the audience and get tips on how to improve these. We don't script these, so even if the questions are good, we are pretty much stuck with whatever answers are given. In this case, the authenticity we were hoping for didn't shine through. But, we published anyway and hope you'll contact Aeroprise to get more information. One to one contact is the best way to go. Just don't give up on your quest to go mobile with your service management. And, if you have additional questions you want me to ask, I'll do a follow up interview just for you.
