Scott Crawford, senior analyst of Enterprise Management Associates; Burt Toma, group manager for BMC Software's Configuration Management Product Management team; and Ross Brown, president of eEye Digital Security, a leader in vulnerability management and assessment tools, discuss this topic and the evolving issue of who is responsible and who is accountable for IT security -- and the challenges that presents.
