There are several ways to listen to our podcasts.

To listen to a podcast, click on Play Podcast in the show notes. For most people, this will either open your default MP3 program or, if you have QuickTime installed, the MP3 will begin playing directly in your browser. Many Windows users listen to podcasts in Windows Media Player.

Note: If you are using Internet Explorer and QuickTime to play audios in your browser, you may experience a pause because QuickTime will download the MP3 first and then load into the browser. For Firefox users, the reverse will happen, as QuickTime will load first into the browser and then begin the MP3 download.

If you would prefer to download an MP3 to listen to later, right-click (Windows) or control-click (Mac) to download the MP3 file to your computer's hard drive.

You can also subscribe to our feeds if you would like to get automatic downloads of our podcasts.
