Might be nice to add a few softer elements such as managing project and programme expectations, matrix managing third party development teams / infrastructure teams / database / unix teams ..., driving infrastructure efficiency, reviewing and amending third party contracts, delivering value through to production in terms of environment configurations and compatibility with BAU processes, environment planning for project change and environment sharing between test streams and projects...
