Please keep in mind that while Linux is an open-source operating system, the link stops there.
Most websites are built on PHP, Java, Perl, Python and Ruby. And that's not a few millions. That's almost all of them. And all of those technologies are open-source, so yeah, no more open-source means at the very least no more internet.
