Michele Marques
Bio
Michele Marques
writes user guides, technical white papers, and other documents about
the BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) suite and solutions
including those applications. Active with the Society for Technical Communication,
Michele is a former manager of the Single-Sourcing SIG and the current
manager of the Canadian Issues SIG. She enjoys meeting people who use
the products and solutions she documents, and wants to find what pieces
of information might reduce their pain points.
Michele holds a cognitive science undergraduate degree from Vassar College. Michele has worked
for over ten years as a technical communicator in a variety of
industries. Many years ago she worked as a Helpdesk Analyst, and used
Remedy Action Request System to enter helpdesk tickets.
