Thanks for the link to your article. I write the manuals for products, rather than SOPs for an IT department. However, as I'm documenting the BMC Remedy IT Service Management applications, your posts about problem management will help me better understand the Problem Manager's concerns.

Thanks for the compliment. I initially wanted to write a book but never really knuckled down. I started writing a blg and then saw this article, http://buzz.blogger.com/2007/11/to-do-list-book.html, and thought I would do the same. :-)
