Mike's opening blog post...

Well, every blog needs an opening post, so here it is.  Talking about software processes, quality, and other related topics might not sound like a Johnny Carson show, but I’ll try to keep it light-heartedly on topic with an occasional touch of scrutiny.  As a firm believer in the “individuals…over processes” part of The Manifesto, a few images of the environment and those involved will be presented from time to time.

Overall, the goal for our software engineering teams (and most others) is to create “working software” faster and with more relevance to our customers; consequently, the posts on this blog will be focused with that objective in mind.  To be certain, I make no presumption that any methods or suggestions discussed here are flawless, so any and all feedback is always welcome.
