Recent releasability progress

Ryan: The biggest area of focus has been simple mind bending in terms of moving Dev and Product Management towards the idea of attempting things that may not fit into a single release or may not meet the releasability criteria for an iteration. In other words, we are getting better at breaking things into smaller chunks.

In the past, we had avoided "big features", but recently, we have had success in working a user story across multiple releases with the functionality not being visible in the first release. This sounds simple, but it's tough to get used to the idea of developing and testing something that will not be delivered to the customer in the next release.
