First-time blogger, long-time reader ... hi everyone. My name is Chris Johnson, and I am the product management director for BMC's software-as-a-service and managed services business unit. Someone recently told me I have the best job in BMC and I think that may be true - it is very interesting and provides a lot of opportunities to do things that are new, different and useful for customers and for BMC.
