Jeff Hyson's Bio

Jeff Hyson is a Principal Consultant with BMC Software working in the Identify Business Unit where he is a subject matter expert in AppSight the leading problem resolution system in the market. Jeff is responsible for leveraging his extensive software development background for educating and evangelizing application development organizations in the best practices to leverage AppSight within the SDLC.

Prior to joining BMC Jeff worked as a software architect, developer and engineer delivering customized solutions for both multi-billion dollar companies and startups companies first with Digital Equipment Corporation and then in his own business venture.

Guy Vider's Bio

Guy Vider is the Practice Manager for the Identify Business Unit Professional Services team at BMC Software. Previously, he managed the West Coast Professional Services team and has been the principal consultant of the team in Europe. Guy is responsible for all the technical and technological aspects of every AppSight deployment worldwide. As such, he's involved with studying different types of SDLC methodologies, and customizing AppSight to fit them.

Prior to joining BMC, Guy has held various software development positions, and a projects manager with an internet services company.

When not on the road, Guy can be found at the Sunnyvale BMC office or in his personal blog, The Traveling Tech Guy.
